TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal and Card payments through our website, Bank Transfer or BACS & UK Cheques made payable to ‘ACME STAINLESS LTD’.
Please note, we do not charge VAT

DELIVERY 
We dispatch orders within 7 – 14 working days (excluding weekends) after receipt of payment. 

Being the manufacturers, we take pride and time to achieve the finish of our products. We cannot rush the process, and we know you will appreciate the wait.

We visit the Post Office twice a week to send our parcels.

We politely ask that you don’t make requests about the progress of your order, as this takes time to reply to & holds up orders even more!

We do appreciate & thank you for your custom & patience.

BACK ORDERS (Excluding ‘One Off’ parts made to order as we fit these in when we can).
If an item is not in stock it will be manufactured and dispatched as soon as possible unless you cancel your order.

RETURNS
We operate a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. Parts may be returned for an exchange or refund. Returned parts must be unused & accompanied by the original Invoice or Order ID Number. Parts returned at customer’s expense. We recommend you send your returns Signed For or Tracked 24 or 48.

UK SHIPPING RATES
ORDERS UP TO THE VALUE OF:
£10.00 = £2.50
£20.00 = £4.50
£30.00 = £5.75
£40.00 = £6.75
£50.00 & OVER = £7.50

UK orders are dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail or ‘Tracked 24’ for orders over the value of £10.00, returned samples and ‘One Off’ parts made to order.
Overseas orders – shipping will be calculated by weight & charged at cost.
